A great opportunity has become available for a Junior BI Developer to join AS Tech, we’re on the lookout for someone with phenomenal potential and a real passion for developing end to end data solutions,. The Data team is a growing function within the business and there is a real investment of time and resource to maximise the success of this area. This is a fantatsic opportunity for someone who is pro-active, intuitive and tenacious to add real value in how we operate and perform as a business. You'll be working with some experienced data professionals, with the option of an apprenticeship should that appeal.

A bit about the role…

• Assist with the development of end to end data solutions and shaping the data landscape
• Support the management of data warehousing
• Ensure the reporting and analytics solutions are kept up to date and accurate
• Help lead business performance by enabling data led decisions that support the business strategy
• Ensure that stakeholders have clarity of data use and capabilities
• Work with vendors where necessary to achieve the responsibilities of the role
• Deliver target data capability set out by the data lead
• Stay up to date with industry trends and assess new products
• Drive short and long term data/reporting/analytics solutions for the business

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Some experience with SQL Server
• A keen eye for data quality
• Excellent communication skills, able to build effective relationships at all levels
• A ‘make it happen’ approach and enjoys a fast pace and dynamic environment
• Genuine care for what they do and how well they do it
• An affinity with our brand and is an authentic ambassador of our people values
