Junior Consents Engineer / Administrator, Milton Keynes

WFH role, with flexibility to attend office on occasion (no more than once per week in general)

MY PROFILE

Tasks

Meetings

• Responsibility for recording/documenting consents related meetings including dissemination of minutes following
• Assist Consents Advisors to log and track actions and follow up from consents related meetings
• Scheduling consents meetings with Client and CGBs as appropriate, to ensure correct attendance

Reporting

• Assist Consents Project Manager with collation, generation and presentation of data from various sources for regular reporting (weekly/monthly/quarterly), including Weekly Critical Consents, Monthly Priority Consents, Forward programmes
• Assist Consents Project Manager with improvements in reporting format and quality (for example, more GIS based reporting)

Registers/Database

• Responsible for register and/or database administration, including audit and follow up regarding missing data
• Assist Consents Project Manager with implementation of relational database/GIS interface for consents (development by others)

Document Control

• Assist Consents Teams with upload of documentation to BIMXtra
• Assist Consents Teams with logging document transmittals outside of formal document management systems (for example document transmittals via SharePoint / e-mail to Consent Granting Bodies)

Qualifications/Experience

• Experience in a similar technical administration or co-ordination type role would be advantageous
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills
• Experience in use of Relational Databases would be advantageous
• Ability to use GIS is essential, along with an understanding of functionality
