The Person:
- Looking after the day to day requirements of our key accounts / customers
- Dynamic individual able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Able to use own initiative
- Can work to strict deadlines
- Excellent customer service and good communicator
- Able to use all MS office applications
Key Duties / Skills:
- Export FCL / LCL operations and Liner / third party bookings.
- Export consolidation operations experience and the running of own consol’s.
- Export air cargo operations
- Job costings and invoicing of export shipments
- Cross trade experience
- Freight systems experience
- Freight forwarding problem resolution
