We have a great opportunity for a dynamic Design Lead to join a forward-thinking creative design agency working on high-profile global brands. This client has two offices, one based in Berkshire and the other Paddington. In this position you will be working in both a strategic and as well as 360 function to consistently deliver ideas and creative execution that challenges the category, pushes the brief, and is in-line with budget and strategy. This is a hands-on role where you will be designing as well as managing.
The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Manage all aspects of the design process, from research to pitching and winning business, through creative conception and design.
- Supervise and lead a team of designers introducing new and innovative methods of creative execution.
- Establish creative strategy, budgets & schedules for key design projects..
- Manage the creative output across existing clients, pitch opportunities and new client business.
- Identify insights and provide strategic-creative solutions to design challenges.
- Assist in delivering 360 brand experiences — from brand communications to digital and social campaigns, to packaging concepts and physical executions.
The successful candidate will be a good communicator who can articulate ideas and creative concepts to the team and clients. If you are able to think on your feet and have a positive attitude; have worked for a creative agency, ideally London based, this role could be just what you are looking for. You will be able to demonstrate an understanding of brand realisation across a diverse range of brand communications, including print, digital, social media, animation/video, sound design and packaging. In addition you will demonstrate a strong commercial awareness and commitment to business imperatives. A degree or similar industry qualification would be advantageous. This role can offer up to 2 days home working should you wish to be in a hybrid role.
