We have some exciting opportunities available at Barking and Dagenham College. We are looking for motivated, learner- centered and outstanding Lecturer-Management & HE, who can inspire students, have a flexible and creative approach to their work; and foster the development of excellent technical learning and entrepreneurial skills.
It is essential that you hold a degree in a relevant subject, and also hold, or be working towards, a teaching qualification.
It is highly desirable for you to hold a TAQA 3/4 or A1/V1 assessor and IQA qualifications.
Our ideal candidate will;
- Have recent and relevant experience of teaching own subject to learners,
- Have experience of preparing for quality assurance processes and procedures, internal and external
- Be able to provide evidence of recent assessment of own subject programme and compliance with Awarding Organisation policy and procedures.
You should ideally also have experience of teaching, coaching and/or assessing on one or more of the following learning programmes:
- Level 3 Extended Diploma in Business (RQF)
- Access to HE Diplomas
- Level 1/2 BTEC Business
