Job title: Lettings / Senior Negotiator

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 6 pm (1 in 3 Saturdays 10 am - 4 pm)

Location: Kew

Basic salary: £18,000 - £20,000 (enhanced commission scheme, access to pool car + attractive benefits)

We are seeking an outstanding Lettings Agent to join our Kew team. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of the residential sales process and demonstrate a commitment to working to exceptionally high standards, taking pride in their personal success, as well as that of the team and the company as a whole.

Kew is a sought after, affluent pocket in South West London. Its village charm and wealth of historic houses and gardens – such as Richmond Park and Kew Gardens – makes the area extremely popular with families and those looking to live in a relaxed environment; while still having convenient access to central London.

Main duties:

• Registering interest and arranging viewings

• Providing a first-class customer service to both landlords and applicants

• Ensuring clients' expectations are managed correctly and going the extra mile

• Managing the offer process from start to finish

• Achieving and exceeding targets
