The role

As the M&E Project Manager, you’ll be working in the Planned Maintenance and Investment team and be responsible the delivery of Group’s M&E planned works, ensuring customer excellence, value for money and quality.
You’ll be assisting with the planning and organisation of the M&E work packages and ensure that the work packages delivery good quality, good value services effectively and efficiently within the Group’s business plan. You should strive to meet both customer’s reasonable expectations and statutory and regulatory requirements.
The location
This role will be based at our Farringdon office which is full of charm and elegance, not to mention historical and cultural significance, Farringdon borders the City of London and is easily accessible via public transport.
However, we offer the flexibility for agile working to allow you to work from home and so we’ll provide you with the necessary mobile working equipment.
