We are currently looking to recruit a Marketing Administrator to join our award-winning business at Ayr, Scotland or Bray, Republic of Ireland on a FTC basis for 12 months. Our team supports the European, Middle Eastern, African and Indian (EMEAI) territories for Neogen, a top performing NASDAQ listed business employing over 2,000 people worldwide.
This role is responsible for marketing administration and support within the busy and growing Neogen Europe Middle East Africa (EMEA) Food Safety marketing team.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
(Additional duties may be assigned depending on experience)
  • Support the food safety marketing team as required across all areas of marketing communications and the marketing mix, including planning, proofing, market research and data analysis.
  • Support the conference and events coordinator with relevant food safety events, providing support to planning, administration, coordinating materials, logistics and post event follow up
  • Support the digital teamwith elements of food safety campaigns (web/ email/ social/ advertising) as required and by compiling reports and statistics on campaigns.
  • Provide other administrative support to the marketing team where needed. Including document and presentation formatting & proofing. Literature and promotional material management. Admin and logistics support for sales & marketing meetings. Other general marketing administration support as required.

  • Sound understanding of Marketing, Digital Marketing channels and principles.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at one time and deliver to deadlines.
  • Ability to build and develop internal and external relationships.
  • Technology savvy with the ability to learn quickly and gain proficiency with sales & marketing software platforms.
  • Proactive and self-motivated team player.
  • Keen attention to detail.
Education and/or Experience:
  • Business or Marketing Qualification
  • Marketing work experience
Language Skills:
  • Excellent communication (Verbal & Written) skills essential.
  • Language skills – English (essential).
  • Good written English & grammar essential.
  • A second European language is of benefit.
Mathematical & Computer Skills:
  • Good mental arithmetic and a good level of numeracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficient word, power point essential.
  • Competent in excel.
