HRGO are currently recruiting for a Marketing Coordinator on behalf of large well established company located in Normanton with a national presence. They have on site parking and fantastic transport links making them ideally located for candidates from Wakefield, Leeds, Barnsley, and surrounding areas.

Duties Include:
- To front our Company Marketing/Social media requirements and work alongside the Sales Administrator to assist the Sales Director/Engineers.
- Provide a customer focused service to both internal and external customers.
- Social media (Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn) - maintaining our social media pages, ensuring content is kept fresh, engaging and is in line with our brand. Helping to grow our following and make the most of this channel;
- News/blog content generation - being the office journalist by liaising with the wider team to find engaging stories relevant to our audiences;
- Website updates - keeping all areas of the website maintained, such as news, case studies and products;
- Ongoing marketing communications - working with our creative agencies to develop any necessary communications materials;
- Internal communications - helping to develop an internal communications programme to keep employees up to date and engaged;
- Assist the Sales Administrator with quote generation and processing of sales orders;
- Produce reports on Microsoft Excel;
- Assist the Sales Director and Sales Engineers;
Candidates require:
- Digital-Marketing Qualification or working towards it;
- GCSE in English & Maths.
- Confident with IT and computer packages;
- Good knowledge and experience of all relevant social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn);
- Competent on Microsoft Excel;
- Proven Digital Marketing experience
- Administration experience;
- Excellent organisation skills;
- Brilliant communication skills;
- Good multitasking and organisational ability;
- Attention to detail;
- Strong written communications.
