Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Sevenoaks, Kent
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum, plus bonus, plus benefits
Role: Permanent

Overview

Our client is a growing and well-established family run business who are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial marketing professional to join their management team. The brand supplies over 30 countries worldwide and can offer the right individual scope for future progression into a Directorial level role.

We are looking for a strategic but creative individual who thrives upon driving commercial results from highly targeted campaigns with the ability to implement marketing strategies to drive business profitability forward!

Ideal Candidate

• At least 10 years’ experience in all channels of marketing, ideally in an FMCG sector
• Experience of building brands, running advertising campaigns and events management
• Hands-on experience of website management/development and leading a team
• Full clean UK driving license with the willingness to travel locally
• Digitally savvy with a range of both digital and social media marketing experience, use of client databases and the Microsoft Office suite

The Role – Key Responsibilities

• Grow and expand company social media presence into new social media platforms and develop relationships with Brand Ambassadors
• Formulate and implement multi-channel marketing plan to support business strategy and future vision across all platforms
• Line Management for the marketing team and manage monthly meetings with store teams, including weekly store visits
• Conduct regular market research and customer surveys to identify market trends
• Responsibility for the creation and delivery of campaign Point of Sale and digital content
• Monitor and report on agreed KPI’s, to analyse the success of the marketing strategy
• Manage and develop the website to maximise brand awareness and analyse customer data such as interactions and website conversions
• Full contribution to New Product Development processes, adding insight from the market into product planning

Salary: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
