PHC (Personal Health Care) is an exciting business within P&G undergoing significant investment to continue to drive the business, fuel growth and overhaul our product portfolio in light of changing business & market expectations.

The materials specialist will play a key role in supporting raw material qualification for OTC and Food Supplement brands within the P&G PHC portfolio. You will work alongside colleagues to deliver cost savings and supply assurance plus support any changes as required for example to drive compliance to regulatory changes or improve the environmental impact of our products.

You will be expected to work with raw material suppliers to collect and collate samples and documentation as needed by the business as well as collaborate closely with other functions across P&G such as QA, Regulatory, Plant Operations etc. All of this will lead to you building a strong understanding of our product portfolio and the raw materials that are used to produce them.

Qualifications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Strong technical skills with a Science or Engineering background
  • Ability to manage tasks and responsibilities across multiple projects with minimal supervision, exhibiting good project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in English.
