Are you an internationally educated Midwife who is looking for relocation opportunities to the UK?
Isle of Wight Maternity Services have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Band 5 Midwife to join our committed and highly skilled team of midwives working across the maternity service.
We have two midwifery led birthing rooms attached to the labour ward, with one having a birthing pool. They are both en-suite and offer a home from home environment. Our labour rooms are equipped with telemetry and opportunity for dimmed lighting in order to create the perfect environment for birth.
You will be provided with the necessary training and support to prepare and successfully complete your OSCE, this includes:
- OSCE training programme - to help you successfully pass your OSCE
- One funded attempt to pass your OSCE
- Full professional and pastoral support throughout your application process, OSCE and induction into the NHS
- Fully paid VISA and flights to the UK
- Ongoing learning and development opportunities to help you progress within your new role
- 3 months accommodation within a host family
Upon successful completion of your OSCE exam and registration with the NMC you will join the nursing and midwifery workforce.
