Remit
We are looking for a General Radiographer to join a warm and friendly imaging team, who is based in the central London area. Upon completion of your probation, you will then be fast tracked onto MRI training. My client has several locations in and around the London area where you will be expected to rotate where necessary, you main location will be in Central London
This clinic specialises in in Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine. It has a number of high-end state of the art equipment at its disposal within the Imaging department. Including Siemens 1.5T Avanto, Siemens 3T Spectra and Siemens 3t Lumina. It also has a Dr and CR x-ray room, including a Siemens Image Intensifier.

Who are we looking for?
You will be HCPC Registered Radiographer, who will have completed our BSc in General Radiography. Ideally you will have MRI experience of at least 1 year however this is desired and not essential. This will be in either an NHS setting or Private Healthcare environment. As a General Radiographer, you will be able to demonstrate your ability to work well within a team of highly skilled Imaging Personnel.
My clients specialise in Orthopaedics so a lot of the scans will be routine with the occasional Contrast work alongside General Radiography. You will be able to demonstrate out effective use of Verbal and written communication skills whilst delivering an exemplary level of service to patients, in addition to support the imaging team on the delivery of business objectives.
The role is full time, Mon to Fri working 4 days a week, which is a mix of 2 long days and 2 short days to support my clients service offering. So, it will be vital to have a flexible and dynamic approach. Due to the size of my organisation, you will be based in Central London however there may be a need to support the other sites within the London area.
Requirements
HCPC Registered
BSC in General Radiography
1 years min experience within MRI - desired not essential
Experience in either the NHS or Private Healthcare sector
Flexible and dynamic approach
Ability to work effectively in a team of highly skilled Radiographers
