The purpose of this role is to deliver parcels on a multi-drop basis to customers, within a defined geographical area (Leicester, Market Harborough, Lutterworth, Wigston, Rugby, Oakham, Stamford, Hinckley, Nuneaton), providing the best customer service whilst operating within a safe working environment.

Job description
Benefits of Driver/Courier Role:
- All the costs for the on-boarding process is fully covered by us!
- Van and insurance are provided
- No van deposit
- All fuel cost is covered by us, fuel cards provided
- Weekly Pay – 2 weeks in arrears
- Pre-planned delivery routes between 8 and 9 hours (arrive at station, load and go within 15 minutes)
- Additional performance incentives and reward scheme in place to boost your earnings
- 2-6 working days available per week, including weekends (you can choose your own days)
- Full uniform provided
- 4 days of paid training (£99.00/day+VAT if applicable)
- Additional seasonal incentives
- Support from a professional accountancy company (invoices, registering for an UTR, VAT etc.)
Driver/Courier requirements:
- NO CV OR PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED !!!
- Hold a full valid and current driving license UK/EU for at least 3 years
- 21 years, or older
- Have no more than 6 points with no IN or DR codes
- Positive Attitude, Hard Working, Motivated and Customer obsessed
