Organisation Development Practitioner (PBAC ESR) Job at Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust
We are looking for a proactive Organisational Development (OD) / Human Resources (HR) professional to join our OD team. To deliver on a portfolio of People & Culture projects - with a focus on Workforce Diversity, Inclusion and Staff Experience .
You will be a valued member of our small OD team, working in a supportive, creative and highly productive environment. You will be able to flourish and gain valuable experience and exposure to some of the most exciting OD/HR areas of work.
As you will be delivering a variety of people related projects, this will include contributing to the development of policies and practices to underpin improvement and facilitate new ways of working and culture change.
This could be a great opportunity for you to develop or maybe refresh your Strategic OD/HR skillset and experience. The ability to appropriately challenge, communicate, coach and support others through change is an essential part of this role.
Applicants should have sound transferable, OD or HR or L&D skillset, with understanding and experience of change management with teams.
