About the Role: As an Organisational Change and Communications Specialist, you will directly support the planning and execution of change management and communication activities in support of both the Fabrics Division ERP Upgrade Project and the GORE-TEX B2B Customer Collaboration Portal. This is a temporary contract for minimum of twelve months.

This position offers multiple work arrangements: on-site at our facility in Livingston, hybrid or fully remote work allowed from your home office in most locations within UK, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.*

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Fabrics Division Change Manager to build, execute and refine end-to-end change and communication strategy for the ERP upgrade project
  • Own the global Fabrics Division Communication Plan for the project
  • Ideate and bring to life numerous multi-channel messaging to drive awareness, understanding and commitment to achieving the Fabrics Division’s digital enablement strategy
  • Align with workstream leads on appropriate activities to drive stakeholder engagement through all phases of the project
  • Maintain understanding of change impacts across all in-scope audiences and supports mitigation of impacts
  • Assist in creating plans to mitigate the impacts of change and drive rapid adoption, utilisation, and proficiency of End Users
  • Integrate change management efforts with wider program or initiative as appropriate
  • Create and facilitate stakeholder engagement activities, adapting for different audience groupings as needed
  • Own the Stakeholder Identification and Analysis process
  • Be responsible for keeping the project intranet Hub up to date (MS SharePoint) with relevant information

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience managing change for large-scale, complex projects
  • Experience of leading and executing organisational change management initiatives (communications, training, change readiness assessment, impact analysis, stakeholder management, etc.)
  • A solid understanding of how people go through the change process
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Superior writing skills, with an ability to simplify concepts and to tailor messaging for specific audiences.
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organized, with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations and with all organisational levels

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Prosci Change Management certification and experience on SAP ERP implementation
  • Excellent understanding of Agile and a working knowledge of new media and web/digital based technologies
