Part Time Customer Service Advisor representing Virgin Media Job at Sitel Virgin Media

Finding a part time role to fit in with your busy life can sometimes be difficult, with this role we are pleased to provide a 25 hour contract, and offer part time training. Training is Monday to Friday 9am-2.30pm for the first 5 weeks, then after you can begin working your chosen hours (Examples below)
Retentions advisors role is to engage and retain customers who are thinking of leaving us. We understand that these things happen – they may be thinking of moving to a competitor, or are calling to let us know they’re not completely satisfied with their products or services.
We always aim to build stronger relationships with our customers, and by listening carefully to their needs, we know we may be able to offer them something better suited that could provide them reassurance to stay with us.
You will have the passion to sell Virgin Media products to new and existing customers over the telephone, whilst at the same time you will deliver great customer service and be an advocate for Virgin Media and its products.
You don’t need technical knowledge as our in-depth training programme will get you up to speed. To succeed in this role, you’ll need to have a buzz for hitting targets and provide a good experience even under difficult circumstances
The Must Haves

- Be able to commit yourself to 5 weeks of part time training, Monday to Friday 9am-2.30pm. (This training is held onsite.)
- Be able to work 25 hours per week, including weekend work.
- You’ll have the confidence to handle incoming calls.
- Be highly motivated, resilient and thrive on outperforming targets
- You’ll be comfortable working in a target driven environment.
- You’ll have the desire to deliver great customer service and the passion to smash your targets and objectives.

- You’ll have the ability to use a PC and have good keyboard skills.

- A permanent contract, 25 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern
- The shift pattern covers the opening hours of 8:00-21:00 Monday to Friday and between 09:00-18:00 on Saturdays and Sundays.
- A hybrid role with an opportunity to be working at home and/or onsite. (This will be reviewed after completing training)

We do operate in a call centre environment and work over 7 days. The typical part time shifts structure is below: (This is subject to change).

Option 3 (PM)- Mon 14:45 – 21:00, Tues 14:45 – 21:00, Wed 14:45 – 21:00, Thurs OFF, Fri OFF, Sat OFF, Sun 10:00 – 18:00
Option 4 (PM)- Mon 14:45 – 21:00, Tues OFF, Wed OFF, Thurs 14:45 – 21:00, Fri 14:45 – 21:00, Sat 10:00 – 18:00, Sun OFF
