About Our Client
My client is a well established, growing consumer good business based in Chertsey. Due to some internal changes they require a part time payroll manager to join their expanding business.
This would suit someone that wants to work 3 days per week and be based in Chertsey
Job Description
The role will involve:
- Managing and processing a 4 weekly payroll efficiently and on time from start to finish
- Maintaining payroll processing and records by gathering, calculating and inputting data
- Inputting weekly hours for store employees by performing a VLookup
- Calculating overtime, deductions, sickness, maternity, holidays and bonus payments ready for importing for week 4 payroll.
- Prepare new starters for importing and processing leavers
- Addressing issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors
- Preparing reports for management and finance team.
- Solely responsible for Pensions, ONS surveys, RTI downloads/ RTI submissions, Tax Year end
- Adhere to payroll policies and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate for the Payroll Manager - 3 days per week will:
- Have end to end payroll processing experience
- Be able to work 3 days per week in Chertsey
- Be a clear communicator
- Have good systems skills
- Be able to start within the next month
