We are pleased to share an opportunity to join Flagship Group’s Victory Housing Team, as a Performance Improvement Officer. The role is a permanent post, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

The successful candidate can be based in any of the following flagship offices, whichever is closest to their home address: Norwich, East Dereham or North Walsham. You will be required to travel to other Flagship Group Offices.

The role comes with Agile Working and Flexible Working will be considered.

In this innovative role as a Performance Improvement Officer, you will be working with internal stakeholders, the Performance and Improvement Manager, the Victory Housing Team and the wider Flagship Group. Identifying and delivering opportunities to increase service capacity, efficiency and performance in Victory Homes.

Developing strong collegiate relationships, will enable you to facilitate and provide expertise to successfully complete systems thinking/lean improvement projects, that deliver demonstrable improvement in customer service and business efficiency; supported by high-quality data, people development and system improvements.

Applications are welcomed for the role of Performance Improvement Officer, from those with previous experience a minimum of 2 year’s customer service/facilitation/training experience. You will have experience in forging, maintaining, developing and improving relationships. You’ll have knowledge of systems thinking, lean thinking or similar methodologies. You will have experience of writing reports and presenting performance information both verbally and in writing.
