Masons Chemists are a family run group of 5 pharmacies serving patients in North West Leicestershire. Our pharmacies are based in the heart of their communities and we are looking for a patient centred pharmacist to join our existing team of pharmacists and provide regular cover (as double pharmacist and support pharmacist) in our branches working alongside our pharmacy managers and their fabulous teams.

Our company was founded in Coalville over 60 years ago and whilst much has evolved in our branches since then (e.g. technological changes such as automation), patients remain at the heart of everything we do.

Our pharmacy teams are the reason behind our success and we are looking for a pharmacist with a passion for making a difference to join them. The past couple of years have been busy for our teams, providing COVID vaccinations alongside all our other clinical services and we are proud of all the hard work that has ensured that our business has risen to the challenges faced and ensured patients have been supported in challenging times.

Starting holiday 25 days, plus bank holidays plus company holidays (therefore minimum 35 days per annum).

Our branches are based in Coalville, Markfield, Ratby, Hugglescote and Whitwick and all are easily commutable from Leicester, Derby and Nottingham.

We are currently recruiting for a clinical pharmacist to work alongside our regular branch pharmacists to support service delivery. We are looking for part time cover (up to full time possible) and employ a team of pharmacists who work from as few as 3.5 hours a fortnight to full time and have pharmacists working for us at the beginning, middle and ends of their careers.

Unlike solus pharmacist roles we are able to accomodate flexible working (including half days or school time hours) and therefore if you are thinking about coming back to pharmacy this could be the role for you.
