We have a large dispensary operations team who are at the core of our service. Daily our dispensers are responsible for dispensing around 3000 life changing prescriptions for our patients. This is not an ordinary dispensing role, it would suit those dispensers who are looking for something different, who have a heart for delivering quality and love to push themselves to achieve.

This role is different as it is non-customer facing and based within our Dispensary in Burton-On-Trent. This role will enable you to take your dispensing skills to the next level due to the sheer size of our operation and our plans to grow in the future.

As a Qualified Dispenser this is a full dispensing role from pick to pack and all the specialism required in between. You will be responsible for transcribing, dispensing and compliance and doing this with complete accuracy, whilst meeting all your targets.

• You will have proven experience working within a dispenser role Inculding an NVQ level 2 in Pharmacy Dispensing
• Meticulous and thorough approach to work with an excellent eye for detail and doing all of this at pace
• Great communication skills and a team ethos to work together to achieve a combined objective
• A love of routine, repetition and operating within defined guidelines and processes
