We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive administrator with excellent team working, problem solving, digital and interpersonal skills.
The Opportunity:
The School of Health in Social Science is looking for an administrator to provide a high standard of administrative support for the School’s Postgraduate Research and Professional Training programmes admissions working closely with Postgraduate Research Professional Services staff, academic Subject Area Leads and the School PGR Director.
The role will support non-traditional learning administrative processes (continuing professional development and postgraduate professional development) which will include both admissions and on programme support.
The post holder will provide excellent customer service and support to applicants, students and staff.
Your skills and attributes for success:
- Experience of working within a team but also using initiative and judgement to make day-to-day decisions independently
- Experience of delivering tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Experience of using Microsoft Office packages
- Experience of problem solving and flexibility within a fast changing environment
