Role Profile


We are looking for a Pre-Sales Assistant to join L&Q’s Strategic Sales Division.

As a key member of the Sales Team, you will work closely with the Pre-Sales Manager to ensure consistency across the site set-up for our developments. You will have the ability to research and compare competitive products/specification and to use data to continually improve our service. The successful candidate will work across our pipeline of new developments across all areas of London, Essex, and the Midlands.

The post involves a high degree of collaborative working with other development teams and stakeholder management.

In this role you will:

Collaborate with internal teams within sales and marketing to develop a robust launch strategy to provide a consistent approach across teams.

Capture lessons learnt ensuring feedback is captured from the wider team to continually look to improve our service.

Regularly conduct market research to review what our competitors are doing to ensure we are always evolving.


About You:


Experienced in working within the housing sector with sales/design experience.


The ability to multitask and be able to work under pressure with a high volume of tasks.


The ability to work collaboratively within a target driven team, having great oral and written communication, and a track record of positive influence.


Experience in collaborating with internal colleagues and key stakeholders. Have the ability to build rapport and strong working relationships.


Have a good working knowledge of using the Microsoft Office suite, and the ability to quickly grasp and use internal/bespoke IT systems.
