Job description

Our staff are skilled, high performing and committed to our learners and we now wish to appoint a dynamic Premises Assistant who shares this commitment.


You will be an important part of a large team delivering excellent customer service to our staff, students and visitors. No two days are the same, this is a varied role similar to a Caretaker’s position with development potential.

Your role will involve:

  • Opening and closing sites,
  • Basic maintenance and caretaker tasks,
  • Deliveries between our college sites
  • Setting up of facilities,
  • Litter picking / emptying bins
  • Portering,
  • Responding to first aid incidents,
  • Dealing with customer requests.
