We’re investing in building an outstanding programme team and are looking for a Principal Analytics and Data Science Consultant to join us.

You will be responsible for designing and instigating the set up of the analytical personalisation framework. You'll build a testing strategy to support the best digital user experience for our customers, drive analytical delivery in these areas in collaboration with the existing commercial, digital and data teams.

What you’ll do

  • Use your expertise to design an analytical personalisation framework that clearly supports the vision of the programme
  • Design A/B and universal testing approaches for robust measurement and development of the digital customer experience
  • Work hand in hand with the data teams to deliver working robust analytical solutions for both personalisation and testing
  • Collaborate with internal parties to develop a prioritised plan for building desired outcomes
  • Leverage machine learning and statistical techniques to build algorithms that learn a person’s interests and delivers relevant appropriate content
  • Contribute to the measurement of the programme as it moves to delivery through ownership and build of performance indicators into dashboards

What we are looking for

  • A proactive, analytically creative and collaborative individual with experience in personalisation and testing strategies
  • Advanced analytical skills including the ability to apply a range of analytics, visualisation and data science techniques to solve business problems
  • Experience of managing a portfolio of large projects/work requests successfully from start to finish and delivered in a timely manner
  • Team leadership and coaching in the use of techniques such as machine learning, forecasting and optimisation to help provide a deep understanding of the business area and solve problems

We are looking to complete interview assessments for this role during the first and second week of January 2023.
