Project Management Office Administrator Job at ASDA
ASDA are going through an exciting period of Transformation and Change and are currently seeking an experienced Project Management Office Administrator to join the Transformation Office (PMO). The team plays a key role in supporting the Transformation Leadership team in setting the pace and quality in planning and delivery of a large, complex transformation Portfolio of Programmes. The PMO Administrator is a key role within the Transformation Office (PMO). The Transformation Office is the engine room behind the delivery of our strategy and the value we unlock as a business and is at the centre of all Transformation and change at ASDA.
Please note this is an 18-month secondment / fixed term position, but a high percentage of our fixed term colleagues secure permanent opportunities along the way.
Your Role
- Work across all programmes to ensure governance is actioned and decisions made at all levels are of a high standard
- Ensure Reporting Is accurate
- works with all programmes and present insights to Impact Decisions and actions
- takes ownership of planning activity
- Work with Cross Functional Teams
- Have a Commercial Mindset and Support Teams to meet Budgets
- Good Stakeholder Management across all Levels
