As a Project Manager, what are you going to do?

• Accomplish the stated project objectives;
• Create clear and attainable project plans and schedules.
• Manage the requirements and constraints of the project.
• Ability to adapt to the various internal procedures of the contracting party, and to form close links with the nominated representatives.
• Stakeholder Management - customer and 3rd party Management, working occasionally independently in a customer environment. Co-ordinating internal teams, sub-contractors and managing multiple customers whilst ensuring the commercial interests of the business are represented;
• Commercial, Financial, and Risk Management – must have a sound understanding of financials and able to manage a P&L;
• Management of internal resources – ranging from s/w development team, product design/ engineering, Quality Assurance, and installation resources;

What are the skills and professional experience we’re expecting from you?

• Minimum of 5+ years of Project Management Experience;
• Must have the ability to get UK SC clearance.
• PMP/PMI or Prince2 qualification is highly preferable
• Competent in MS projects and all other MS office core applications. Able to produce and review documentation to a high standard;
• Technical or IT consultant background is an advantage, as our experience of working within Airports, Biometrics, Security,
• Experience with UK Government clients is an advantage
• Understanding of financials and able to manage risk logs and produce similar project documentation;
• Capable of managing multiple workstreams, through excellent prioritization skills and keeping calm under pressure;
• Experience in International projects is desirable;
• Must have excellent time management and organizational skills;
• Speak and writes fluent English.
• Other languages are an advantage (French, Portuguese);
