About the Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for a Quality Control Welding Inspector to join out team at Sellafield Site. You will conduct onsite and offsite inspections to ensure all quality requirements are fully complied with including physical inspections and reviewing and acceptance of the Lifetime Record documentation. You working as part of the OneAIM team on the Integrated Asset Care (IAC) framework which is a five-year contract with Sellafield.

You will be responsible for:

• Promoting a Nuclear and personal Safety Culture
• Ensuring the quality standards of Jacobs and the client are consistently met and compliant with the Specifications
• Attending and coordinate meetings with suppliers as dictated by the Project
• Encourage continuous improvement
• Interact with supply chain in accordance with ITP’s to ensure correct manufacture.
• Conversant with Nuclear manufacture specifications
• Timely, effective, and concise reporting

• CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector
• PCN Magnetic Particle Inspector
• PCN Dye Penetrant Inspector
• Able to interact and influence at all levels in the organisation and in Clients/Third party organisations
• Experience within the Welding Quality Control discipline manufacture and Installation.
• Experience within a Nuclear Environment
• Proficient with Lifetime Record population and approval
• Senior Welding Inspector (CSWIP)
• PCN Ultrasonic and or BGAS/CSWIP
• Supply Chain Auditing
