R&D Junior Associate Job at Reckitt
The role is to work within a dynamic and high performing team on delivering compliance projects associated with the Gaviscon portfolio. This role will mainly focus on coordinating R&D activities required to support the implementation of key compliance projects, such as raw material changes and method development/validation programmes.
You’ll succeed because …
You will be providing accurate technical support (analytical and formulation) for Gaviscon projects. Support to solve complex technical problems using experience, knowledge, research and advice. Be an author & review protocols, reports and required analytical documentation in line with current best practice and internal SOP requirements. Line management of 1-2 people, monitoring and encouraging their personal and professional growth and development. Work with other teams globally across R&D, supply, quality and regulatory to ensure compliance projects are delivered on time and to a high quality.
