Office Concierge is a leading provider of Reception Management Services, supporting a large portfolio of prestigious clients. Our teams are trained to deliver an unsurpassed five-star visitor experience in both Corporate and Residential environments.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our wonderful Head Office team as a commercial Account Manager. We are looking for someone with a passion for customer service and who is driven to coach and mentor a team of front of house receptionist.
You will be in constant contact with clients, building strong relationships and ensuring all standards and targets are met, whilst conducting site visits, teams and clients meetings.
We are seeking a leader who is excited and dedicated to creating a positive and professional environment for all colleagues and clients.
This is a Monday – Friday role (Hybrid role)
Salary 35,000.00
About the role
Responsibilities -
Motivate, coach and support your front of house team members to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction across our Front of House Teams
Maintain a good level of morale and discipline with employees through regular site visits and develop a keen awareness for employee welfare
Manage performance management issues quickly and efficiently escalating it to HR and following the disciplinary process when appropriate
Oversee, record and conduct all employee appraisals and quarterly assessments ensuring all team members have development plans in place, which are continuously reviewed
Identify talent/succession planning within portfolio and encourage employees to develop and progress within OC
Have a clear understanding of HR processes and procedures and help support the payroll process

Establish and develop key relationships with clients. Build and maintain strong operational connections to understand their business needsTake ownership of Service Level Agreements and ensure these are met by consistently monitoring general reception standards
