Vac5804 - Registered Manager – South Croydon

£38,000 - £45,000 per annum | 37.5 Hours | Days | Diploma Level 5 Required, RGN Considered

An experienced Manager is required to lead and develop a leading small home in South Croydon. The service provides 24-hour specialist care and treatment for 12 adults with mental health needs and other associated diagnosis, requiring residential, respite or forensic rehabilitation services.

The service also supports residents to develop their skills for safe and independent living, increase their self-confidence and make a positive contribution to the community. Looking for an experience Registered manager with Mental Health experience.

Details of this Registered Manager position and what our client is offering the successful candidate:

• A permanent, full-time contract working 37.5 hours per week on days

• A fantastic annual salary of up to £38,000 - £45,000 per annum

As Registered Manager, you will coordinate and oversee the day to day running of the home, ensuring a cost-effective and efficient service that doesn’t compromise on quality of care or life.

What the home is looking for in a Registered Manager:

• Must have completed Level 5 in Leadership and Management, RGN Nurses will also be considered.

• A strong leader, who can motivate, lead, and support clinical and non-clinical staff

• Financially aware, and able to manage budgets

• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and understanding of CQC essential standards and all legislation relevant to a UK nursing home setting
