Purpose Of The Job
To provide administrative support for Customer Services, Operations & Fleet

Key Responsibilities

  • Penalty Charge Notices:

Responsible for the administration and processing of all Penalty Charge notices received in the post daily.Recharges to be completed and sent to customers.

  • Notice of Intended prosecution:

Responsible for the administration and processing of all Notice of Intended Prosecutions received in the post daily and customers advised.

  • Taxation:

To review each week any asset that requires payment of the taxation process on all the fleet assets

  • GXO & XPO recharges:

To ensure all recharges are sent out in a timely manner are correct and in line with our current recharge agreement.All outstanding recharges are followed up for PO’s and any disputes resolved.

  • On-Boarding Q & A

To ensure all accounts have a signed Q & A on file with copies sent to Hireco Service

  • Fleet reports

Collate standing fleet reports for both trucks & Trailers. Visibility back to customers on fleet availability both new & in fleet

Key Responsibilities denote general requirements, and the employee will be expected to perform additional duties as directed by a line manager as the business may require from time to time.

Weekly /monthly Plan / reports

  • Report back on any PCN’s outstanding.
  • Updates on all assets not taxed
  • All outstanding NIP’s
  • XPO BG weekly report for recharges
  • GXO weekly reports for recharges
  • Outstanding Q & A

Job Skills required

  • Ability to work within a team environment as well as alone
  • Computer literacy with word and Excel to an intermediate level
  • Ability to communicate confidently at all levels
  • Ability to meet time scale deadlines
  • Flexible approach
