Permanent, Full Time 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Overnight Shift (waking) – late evening into morning (8pm to 9am) - Staff will have reasonable notice of shift arrangement

About the Role
We are looking for a Residential Accommodation Supervisor to join our team. The role will include afternoon and waking night shifts on a rolling shift pattern.
This supervisor role is a mainly lone working role providing face to face support to our students as well as and administrative support within our Residential accommodation.The role provides support to 16-18 year old students, providing a safe and secure environment in which our residential students on campus can board while studying and enjoying College life.
Within the position your responsibilities will include a wide range of duties that include student safeguarding, enrichment, wellbeing, health, and safety. This can be an ever-changing role from day to day and can be fast paced at times.
About you
You will need to be able to respond to situations and events quicky and effectively and preferably have worked within a residential setting or within education previously. For detailed information and personal specification required for the role please refer to the job description.
