Restaurant Operations Manager – Revolution Bars - Revolution Durham
Salary £26,000 - £28,000 + 50% OTE Bonus

We are looking for a restaurant operations manager! In this exciting new role, you will work in a guest facing capacity, ensuring food specifications and brand standards are consistently adhered to, whilst supporting, coaching, and developing the kitchen and restaurant teams to deliver high standards. This is a perfect role for an existing Kitchen Manager hoping to branch out or a cross trained manager.

Situated right by the river Wear, this is a beautiful bar that directly overlooks the stunning Durham cathedral and we are now looking to add to our bar team. Our Durham bar is spread over two floors with an outside area which allows for our guests to enjoy amazing food and drinks whilst enjoying the sun.
