WHAT ARE MY MAIN DUTIES?

You’ll be a key member of the team who embodies our values and assists management in the successful running of the restaurant operation. Your role will include a variety of duties and responsibilities. You’ll have complete knowledge of all parts of the restaurant service, procedures, food knowledge, hygiene and how to provide excellent customer service.

In this role your responsibilities will include:

• Providing consistently excellent and attentive customer service.
• Supporting your line manager with guiding, delegating and considerately leading the FOH team.
• Leading efficient opening and closing procedures and mise en place.
• Having high standards of FB knowledge.

WHAT DO I NEED?

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience supervising a team or being a senior member of a team with aspirations to grow.
• Natural leadership skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong organisational skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Passion for excellent customer service and creating best in class hospitality experiences.

This multi-venue site spans across four floors and includes a modern take on a traditional pub, an all-day dining brasserie, The Bridge, and our rooftop destination restaurant 18, which celebrates Scottish produce cooked over flames.
