Here at Halliwell Jones (Warrington) Ltd we have an exciting opportunity for a Retention Coordinator. The position is located at our Warrington Centre which is a fantastic modern facility consisting of Aftersales, Bodyshop and BMW and MINI Sales. We provide ongoing training and development together with great career progression opportunities.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
To pro-actively retain existing Aftersales Customers and re-engage lapsed Aftersales customers.
To introduce new customers to the BMW and MINI network.
To make outbound follow up calls to our customers to drive retention and loyalty.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Excellent telephone communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong administration and organisation skills
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Ability to work within a team environment
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with customers and other staff members.
Ability to accurately record all relevant information.
Up-to-date knowledge, where appropriate, of computerised recording procedures.
Previous motor trade experience desirable.
6 to 12 months' experience of using Kerridge desirable.
