We are looking for a Sales Administrator to support, drive and coordinate all aspects of the Sales processes and ensure full compliance by the sales team within UK and Ireland Land business. You will be involved in supporting CRM activity, the design and rollout of new processes and the preparation of presentations for customers and EU Win & Grow meetings.
Location: Hybrid between London Heathrow (ideally 3 days pw) and home working
What will you be doing?
Participate into the design and implementation of processes aiming to streamline and improve Sales performance- Supporting Sales in the preparation for, and follow up to, sales meetings with external customers (reporting, presentations)
- Creating reports in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint (formulas, tables, pivot tables, graphs) and analysing data
- Working closely with sales to ensure all CRM activities and pipeline are up to date
- Maintaining updates of Land webpages for UK & IE
- Updating sales documentation when required
- Supporting communication within the Sales department
- Supporting on administrational tasks related to customers’ requirements including IT/reporting solutions
About You
Previous experience in administration- High attention to detail, structured mind, good written and communication skills
- A problem solver with sound judgement and determination to achieve with a sense of urgency
- Systems/IT mindset; computer skills and interest in systems in general
- Effective communication skills
- Good Standard of Education (ideally achieving over 5 GSCE A-C grade)
- High level of MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point and MS Outlook
- Basic knowledge of MS SharePoint
