Job Description
Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in Westbury, who due to continued expansion in the UK market are actively seeking to engage an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager UK to continue the company's success.
What you will be doing:
Reporting to the Commercial Director, this is a fantastic opportunity to work for a global leading product supplier and to ensure the continued success of the company.
- Develop and implement UK Sales strategies & target list according to company goals and objectives to achieve growth
- Proactively work to identify & execute new business development opportunities & customers.
- Develop sales channels within the company's key growth sector.
- Work with Category management & finance to potentialise price and margin dynamics
- Work with Category management on new products and expand sales base.
- Work with IT & Customer service team to successfully and quickly on-board customers
- Be an active member of the management team
- Support, facilitate and contribute to the lawful, sustainable profitability of the Group
What you will need to succeed:
- Good commercial acumen and understanding of the market.
- Able to win NEW business, cross sell and retain existing clients with profitable margins.
- Able to negotiate price changes with new and existing clients.
- Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets.
- Achievement-driven and able to work to set KPIs and expectations.
- Knowledge of the UK Ecommerce market.
What you will receive in return:
- £55,000 to £60,000 per annum + Commision
- Car Allowance £4000
- Pension - 5% employer contribution
- Holiday 25 days + Bank holidays
- Laptop and mobile phone.
