The EuroTech Group Plc, based in Exmouth, Devon, is one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of hi-tech printed circuit boards (PCBs), high precision hermetic metal packages and associated components for the electronics industry.

A senior position as become available reporting directly to the Managing Director. The Sales Office Manager will be responsible for the Exmouth Sales Office managing a team of 7 internal sales people. The role will also involve close liaison with the External Sales team along with Production, Quality, Engineering, Technical and China Procurement departments as well as with the sales office and sales team for EuroTech Special Projects based in Poole.

The role will involve:

· Setting policies, priorities, and targets for the team.

· Responsible for own sales accounts including quoting, ordering, progress, technical queries etc.

· Involvement in prioritisation of production in conjunction with production teams

· Monitoring and controlling sales orders for the factory

· Provision of monthly report on sales activities including order input levels, enquiries levels, customer feedback and market conditions

· Close liaison with marketing department and assistance in marketing activities.

· Creation of ideas and initiatives to generate sales/NBOs

· Involvement in customer visits to the factory

· Visits to customers as required including exhibitions and possible trips to Europe

The ideal candidate will have:

· Proven successful experience of sales / customer service management

· B2B sales experience

· Experience leading and managing teams

· A background in manufacturing especially PCB manufacturing will be advantageous.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £35,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
