MONCLER is looking for Full Time and Part Time Seasonal Client Advisors (from September 2022 to end of January 2023) for its different Boutiques in London.

Our Seasonal Client Advisors hold a critical position by combining passion for our great products to create the ultimate retail experience in each client interaction.



Responsibilities and tasks:



  • Ensures an unique client experience, creating a long lasting relationship, providing a warm and welcoming ambient;
  • Queue management by the store entrance and providing stock availability check upon request;
  • Supporting the team to achieve excellent selling performances and results;
  • Implements and maintains Company’s Visual standards in store, ensuring tidiness and replenishment on the shop floor;
  • To deal with product replenishment and stock management, supporting on stock cyclic counts, inventories and stock room maintenance;
  • Works with the team effectively and enthusiastically, conveying energy and motivation, whilst being a reliable partner.


Requirements:



  • Previous retail or luxury retail experience or relevant customer related experience (i.e. hospitality, etc.);
  • Passionate in Retail, Client service and commercial mindset;
  • Proven track record in achieving sales results,
  • Strong communication skills; both verbal and written,
  • Fluency & sophistication in English, another language is a plus;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment,
  • Willingness to work in peak hours and weekends.
