Role: Office Based / Full Time / 09:00 to 17:00
Leave: 23 days + Bank Holidays

Overview:

Royal Blue Finance are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Accountant to work at an established accountancy practice in Wetherby.

The growing practice provides a range of Chartered Accounting and Chartered Tax Advisory services to its clients including individuals, SME businesses and larger organisations subject to statutory audits.

The client is looking to add to its team a Senior Accountant who will work to manage client relationships, work with junior members of staff in addition to conducting file reviews and supporting directors in the growth of the practice.

Role Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced accounting professional who has experience working within a UK accountancy practice. A successful candidate will have the following experience:

• Experienced in client management;
• Complete and review accounts preparations for limited companies, partnerships, and soletraders;
• Complete and review tax computations for companies and individuals;
• Conduct reviews of bookkeeping records;
• Prepare and review VAT returns;
• Preparation of management accounts;
• Payroll processing; and
• Audit experience (walkthrough testing & sampling)

Our client prides its self on being up to date with the latest systems, therefore a successful candidate will ideally have experience using the following software: Xero, FreeAgent, QuickBooks, Futrli, Microsoft Office and Digita.
