We can offer you a genuinely varied and interesting position and an opportunity to be part of the business support team within the Mid Hants Reablement Service based on Winchester. We have a full-time vacancy.
You will provide efficient and high-quality Business Support to a multi-disciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Sensory Officers, Community Response Practitioners and Reablement Practitioners who collectively make up the Reablement Service in our Winchester hub.

As the Reablement Service operates across 7 days, there will be a requirement to work one in every five weekends (Saturday and Sunday), however this will be by negotiation with time off during the week in lieu and discussed further at the interview stage.
- Triage Function – managing telephone calls coming into the office
- Dealing with and Responding to E Mails in our Group Mailbox
- Scheduling/Managing ‘Care Calls’
- Managing bespoke Databases
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 0365 – Outlook, Excel, and Word etc
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Proactive and flexible
- 5 GCSE Qualifications at grades A – C including English and Maths
