Reporting to the Head of Customer Management in the Spend & Save Value Stream, in your role as Senior Customer Value Manager we will be looking for you to lead and inspire cross-function teams to deliver value for existing Tesco Bank customers. In this role, you will support the Bank’s Strategy and outcomes by delivering your part of the agreed commercial, operational and customer outcomes (OKRs) and ensuring that backlogs and roadmaps to drive improvements are prioritised accordingly.
You will have:
- Financial services background with Savings experience (preferred/desired)
- Experience in optimising & enhancing the management of a portfolio of existing customers
- Strong commercial acumen
- Experience of working in Agile ways, empowering diverse teams to deliver
- Ability to lead a team of varying skill sets and experience to deliver against key objectives and projects
- Strong stakeholder management skills
The Role
- Working closely with stakeholders from across the business to deliver business performance
- Leading in the development and setting of budgets and long-term plans
- Management of product performance including identifying opportunities to enhance existing customer journeys and develop and deepen customer relationships
- Develop opportunities into Business cases and a prioritised backlog of work
- Work with colleagues from across the business to deploy appropriate resources to deliver backlog epics and features.
- Monitor and review product performance and customer behaviours throughout the customer lifecycle to identify and resolve non-compliance with Bank policies and relevant regulatory codes/codes of conduct
- Manage commercial results by analysing customer and market trends, monitoring financial results, and adjusting/optimising planned activity accordingly
