Shop Manager, Hoddesdon – 40 hours per week
Starting salary £23,544 per annum - there is opportunity to progress through the pay grade banding on a competency-based framework.
We are looking to recruit a full-time Shop Manager in our Hoddesdon shop to join the team at a top 100 Best Large Company 2022 rated outstanding to work for.
This is an exciting role and the duties will include implementing the correct pricing policy, dealing with till readings, balancing and banking. You will ideally come from a retail/customer service background and have cash handling experience. It is essential to have good communication skills, great team spirit and management experience along with an interest in working within the charity sector. You will have the ability to travel independently within the local area.
