Outline of the role
Farrans Construction is excited to be recruiting for a Site Administrator to assist and support the Project and Community Business Partner Teams based in our new office in Leeds City Centre. This role will see you splitting your time between completing the day-to-day site administration as well supporting the Community Business Partnering team.
You will be based from the site location 4 days per week and 1 working from home, complteing 24-30hours per week
As a Site Administrator you will be responsible for:
Site Administration
- Maintaining internal document control systems
- Managing and ordering office supplies
- Attending and minuting site meetings
- Manage delivery dockets and official purchase orders
- Ensure all permits are up to date and stored correctly
- Preparation and submission of monthly reports
Community Team
- Support in the delivery of local training initiatives alongside community stakeholders
- Liaise with local council, employment partners and HR department in sourcing entry level roles for long term unemployed in the local community.
- Collation and online storage of communication and social value delivery progress reports
- Support our supply chain in the provision of data for local spend and local employment
- Arrange and coordinate marketing activities and project notification

Your required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in a similar administration role
- Excellent diary and time management skills
- Strong attention to details, meticulous planning and organisational skills
- High level of confidentiality and discretion
- Self-motivated and used to working in a fast-paced environment
- Competent user of the complete Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge, interest, or experience of the construction industry
