Site Operative/Cleaner - St Hedda’s Catholic Primary School

St Hedda’s Catholic Primary School are seeking a Site Operative/Cleaner.

The role of Site Operative/Cleaner is key to the successful operation of our school. As this role can either be dual or separate, we would take applications from applicants looking at either role or both. These roles will report to the Regional Estates and Capital Manager.

The Site Operative role will include being responsible for the completion of all site-based duties including weekly compliance activities, general maintenance, painting and decorating, minor refurbishment works, porterage, key holding, Safeguarding and other key associated duties.

The Cleaner role will include being responsible for the cleaning, washing, sweeping, vacuum cleaning, emptying bins, polishing and dusting of designated areas (which may include toilets) and fixtures and fitting, using where appropriate, power equipment.

You will have a friendly and professional manner to interact and communicate with students, staff and members of the public. Experience in caretaking operations and cleaning would be a distinct advantage.
