Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ a Social Marketing Specialist to assist in developing, leading and executing the social media strategy of Allen Motor Group and its associated companies. This position is offered on a permanent full-time basis and is fully work from home, reporting to the Marketing Director.

Required Experience
We are looking for an individual who has a passion for pushing creative boundaries and an eye for creating meaningful engagement is essential. Previous marketing experience is required for this position as well as a background in using Microsoft suite. The key attributes and skills we look for in candidates are:
- Proactive with a positive can do approach
- Innovative, energetic and enthusiastic creative team player
- 2-3 years minimum marketing experience
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Some basic graphic design skills would be advantageous
- Video/Photography skills would be helpful, but not essential
Key Responsibilities and Duties
As a Social Marketing Specialist you will be expected to set, plan and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies, you will be expected to:
- Work with copywriter and creative services to create/post content daily
- Monitor and ensure brand compliance on social platforms
- Create and schedule posts to engage and increase out social media community
- Collaborate with group dealership locations to ensure a coordinated effort & approach
