ABOUT THE ROLE.
The role of our Talent Acquisition Specialist is to support in the attraction and recruitment of talent into McCain Foods GB and in in this role you'll look after our Commercial functions which includes mainly Marketing, Finance, Retail Sales, and Foodservice.

Reporting directly into the Talent Acquisition Business Partner you will take a lead on the end-to-end recruitment cycle for your chosen business area where you’ll partner with them to understand the requirements of the role, create an effective recruitment strategy and drive diversity.
ABOUT YOU.
You’ll already be an established Recruiter with experience of managing recruitment campaigns from advertising, attracting, sourcing and selection.
You will also have…
3+ years of entry level and/or high-volume recruitment and/or agency full cycle recruitment experience required; specific experience hiring for manufacturing roles is preferred- Experience of using social media as a means of attracting candidates, especially LinkedIn recruiter.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with employees and external contacts at all levels, demonstrating strong influencing and negotiating skills. Must be capable of working with senior managers and working constructively with diverse personalities.
- Ability to use good judgment and discretion with highly confidential and sensitive personnel information.
- Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks without close supervision.

Our HQ is based on Scarborough, North Yorkshire!
