About Us

Oasis Academy Putney is a new building set in the beautiful surroundings of Putney Common and is for students aged three to eleven. The academy is rated Good with Outstanding features by Ofsted. The academy forms part of Oasis Community Learning which a multi-academy sponsor is growing extensively across the UK

The Role

This is a full time (35 hour) a week position, working term time only i.e., 39 weeks of the year. The salary scale is SCP 4-6(£25,776 - £26,625 Inner London pro rata) + pension scheme

Start date is ASAP in January

We are looking for a key individual to contribute to a continuously progressive Primary phase. Led by a dedicated Principal and senor leadership team, the successful candidates will have the opportunity to develop within an exciting and creative curriculum and be part of a highly motivated team which prides itself on its collaborative working practices, transforming learning and positive outcomes for all students. They will have a real passion for creating a rich, inclusive and balanced educational environment. You will be required to be positive, passionate and enthusiastic with the ability to instil these qualities in our students. The successful candidate will be an outstanding Teaching Assistant with knowledge and experience across all key stages.
