Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role where you will be part of a brand new busy and supportive team within Adult Mental Health Services in Buckinghamshire?
The post holder will provide administrative support to the brand-new service launching January 2023; Buckinghamshire Adult Mental Health Gateway Service.
The service will provide a streamlined, central access for all Adult Mental Health referrals from Primary Care and other professionals, a clinical comprehensive triage before passing the referral onto specialist Mental Health Services for assessment. Bucks Adult Gateway will also provide Community Navigation to patients accessing the voluntary sector and pharmacy and clinical advice directly to GPs.
